- Donations and Offerings: Donations and offerings made to Gramodya Sewa Sansthan Kargahar are voluntary and non-refundable. The temple reserves the right to allocate funds as needed for maintenance, operations, and charitable activities.

- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kanpur. Any disputes arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kanpur.
